Memphis Mikes came about from the owner Mike Savage's passion for cooking. It seems no one could match that old fashioned smoked food flavor he grew up with so through experimentation and going to BBQ competitions. He becamed consumed with the art of .southern style BBQ and making good BBQ sauces.
Our catch phrase is if it ain't all over your face it ain't real BBQ!! Meaning basically if you love what your eating you go for it and get dirty.. We always try to enjoy the people we cook for , it's like cooking for extended family. Not Fancy just good food!!
