Pulled Pork (Crowd Favourite)
Chicken legs and thighs(everybody always comeback for chicken)
Potato salad(gotta have that pickle juice just like Momma)
coleslaw(apples, raisins,roasted almonds)
BBQ Beans(cooked over 3 days)
Hey I make other things like creamed corn with real cream.
Fried chicken is not the heavily Battered crap!!
Beef brisket never get the nod but Brian Burke says he loved my Brisket!! He's American ya know!!
